Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team and support the growing talent needs of our healthcare organization. The role involves independently managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on clinical, non-clinical, and allied healthcare hiring. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing qualified professionals across diverse healthcare domains, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for clinical, paramedical, administrative, and support roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads, unit heads, and senior management to understand workforce requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and source talent using multiple channels job portals, healthcare networks, professional associations, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments, competency-based interviews, and coordinate technical rounds with clinical leadership.
  • Manage hiring for doctors, specialists, nurses, technicians, therapists, allied health professionals, and corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche healthcare positions.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve turnaround time (TAT).
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support their development in healthcare recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in healthcare or hospital recruitment preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring clinical and paramedical professionals across different specialties.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare job roles, qualification requirements, and industry talent dynamics.
