YOUR ROLE

As Key Account Manager for India, you will step into a pivotal role at the center of one of the worlds fastest-growing poultry markets. You will not only manage relationships with the country's most important distributors and integrators but also become the trusted advisor they look to for insights on improving flock performance, sustainability, and profitability. This is a chance to merge commercial acumen with technical knowledge, shaping the future of poultry production in India.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with major poultry producers and distributors.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with the regional growth strategy.
  • Anticipate market needs by monitoring trends, competitor activity, and customer performance data.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical service, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Representing the company in key industry seminars and technical programs, strengthening brand presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in animal science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or related (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in poultry breeding, feed, or animal health industries with proven sales performance in India.
  • Deep understanding of India's poultry industry landscape (broiler and layer segments).
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; other regional languages a plus.
