Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager HR Operations with 16 years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Generalist functions. The ideal candidate will lead and streamline end-to-end HR processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires
  • Manage the Background Verification process
  • Co-ordinate with finance team on payroll related activities
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate employee database on HR management system
  • Handle end-to-end onboarding and create the best employee experience
  • Collaborate with HR business partner to handle Off-boarding process and any other employee concerns
  • Take the lead in planning and executing migration of employees to be onboarded through mergers & acquisitions
  • Publish organization-wide monthly reports and dashboards to the leadership group

Requirements
  • Postgraduate with specialization in HR
  • 16 Yrs of relevant experience in HR
  • Should have worked in bigger organizations with HC of 5000
  • Handled a team of 5 members in the current role
  • Handled managerial position for a minimum of 3-4 Years
