Role: Customer Support Associate
Location: HSR Layout , Bangalore
Type: Individual Contributor Role
Shifts : Comfortable with Night Shifts
Salary Range : 3.6 LPA-5 LPA
What we're looking for:
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Experience in customer service or relationship management
-Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
:
➔ Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers
➔ Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
➔ Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers
➔ Identify customers' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams
➔ Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
➔ Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers
➔ Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
➔ Upsell / cross-sell new products / services to clients
Requirements:
➔ Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
➔ Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
➔ Experience of driving sales (upselling / cross-selling)
➔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems
➔ Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
➔ Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
➔ Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases
