The Regional Business Development Manager will drive business growth in India and develop the CaaS business for the assigned region in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce Kaer and CaaS to new customers in key geographies through a process of networking with industry influencers (Equipment suppliers, contractors, Real estate professionals, International Property Consultants, Facility Managers, etc.)
  • Build relationships with a range of decision makers and influencers within the customer group(s) to influence decisions and ensure best evaluation of CaaS offers from Kaer.
  • Ensure site visits (self, techno-commercial colleagues) and elicit all required data to feed to the Design & Build teams to enable them to carry out a design work.
  • Facilitate potential clients' visit to our CaaS sites to showcase evidence of our work
  • Work with AD / pricing team on one side and the techno-commercial colleague on another to ensure that a proposal is created and offered to the prospective customer
  • Stay connected with the customers, ensure necessary interactions / meetings / negotiations along with all appropriate stakeholders on customer side as well as Kaer side to lead up to an order / contract

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or related fields
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, other customer facing roles, with proven results in closing deals
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) sales / business development experience
  • Familiarity with HVAC (chiller plant), Commercial real estate, Facility management, any other Servitisation business, solution-focused businesses
  • Ability to manage interpersonal relations with the potential client's stakeholders - the engineering / ops teams, finance teams
  • Possess strong number sense
  • Able to articulate the benefits post CaaS and possess strong negotiation skills
  • Enjoys engaging in conversations with multiple parties, networking and finding ways to garner introductions to new customers, build network around
  • Organised, and able to exercise responsibility and urgency when delivering data, proposals and responding to customer queries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
