Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Nyla, targeting upscale hotels, fine dining, premium bars, corporate offices, and select retail partners, with clear annual revenue and market-share targets.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance team across Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management; establish hiring plans, onboarding processes, KPI-driven performance management, and ongoing professional development.
- Develop and manage strategic account plans for top-tier partners; cultivate relationships with C-suite and purchasing leaders to secure long-term contracts, exclusive placements, and premium channel partnerships.
- Lead demand generation and brand activation efforts to reinforce Nyla as a luxury, eco-friendly water brand; oversee marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and retailer programs that drive premium positioning and installed base growth.
- Create robust forecasting, territory segmentation, and pipeline management; implement standardized sales processes, CRM governance, and data-driven insights to optimize conversion, average order value, and retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Supply Chain to ensure product availability, packaging innovations, and sustainability storytelling align with market needs and brand promise; monitor market feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies that preserve premium positioning while maximizing profitability and year-over-year growth across channels.
- Establish strong governance and reporting rhythms (board-ready updates, quarterly reviews, and partner scorecards); ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and Nyla's sustainability commitments.
Key Qualifications
- 7–12+ years in premium FMCG/beverage sectors with proven success building and leading cross-functional Sales, Marketing, and Key Account teams; strong talent development and succession planning.
- Deep C-suite and senior procurement credibility within hotels, fine dining, premium bars, and enterprise facilities; robust go-to-market strategy, account planning, and data-driven sales processes.
- Brand-building and demand-gen expertise (events, partnerships, premium retailer programs) to sustain luxury positioning; strong CRM literacy and sales analytics proficiency.
- Financial acumen (pricing, margins, budgeting, forecasting, P&L alignment) plus adeptness in product-supply collaboration, sustainability storytelling, and compliant, ethical practices.
