We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales & Marketing Business Development Professional
to drive growth in domestic and international markets for our
decorative white pebbles
business. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and growth strategies to management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
