Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to potential customers. - Explain company services (construction, interiors, real estate solutions) and generate interest.
- Maintain
database of leads
and follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. - Qualify leads and schedule
meetings/appointments
for the sales team. - Provide
basic information
about pricing, packages, and company profile to clients. - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly
call & lead generation targets
. - Maintain excellent
customer relationship management
and ensure professionalism in communication.
