  • Implement and monitor process improvements to optimize revenue realization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding practices (ICD, CPT) and insurance policies.
  • Oversee the proper use and functioning of billing software and hospital ERP systems.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports to management on billing performance and collection status.
  • Address and resolve patient queries and grievances related to billing.
