We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our finance operations, overseeing day-to-day activities related to accounts receivable and payable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Heading the accounts payable department, vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • Owning the end-to-end AR/O2C process.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and issues.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A Certified Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of experience in B2B settings.
  • Big Four experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
