Job Title: Chief Financial OfficerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, cost control, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. They will also conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.

A key requirement for this role is to oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management. Additionally, they will monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.

Experience in export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance is essential. The CFO will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams (production, purchase, sales) to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Experience in banking operations and export transactions.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
  • Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant (CA) and having 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
