Job Description:
Chief Financial Officer - Tax Strategy & Compliance- Develop and implement a comprehensive tax strategy to ensure seamless compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation, filing, and auditing of income tax returns, TDS returns, and tax audit reports.
- Coordinate GST returns filings, IT returns reconciliations, and audits while ensuring accurate computation of advance tax, GST liabilities, and TDS on crypto transactions.
- Manage internal finance processes, including monthly closing of accounts, reconciliations, and tax provisioning.
- Implement internal controls to strengthen the governance framework for finance and compliance functions.
- Lead financial due diligence on mergers, acquisitions, and crypto transactions.
- Support fundraising initiatives by providing strategic insights on financial modeling, tax implications, and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA qualification with 4-8 years of experience in taxation, finance, audits, and P&L management.
- Hands-on experience in tax filings, reconciliations, and statutory/tax audits.
