Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and submission of monthly financial statements to executive management for review, maintaining MIS and reports on budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement.
  • Supervision of accounts receivable and payable processes with stakeholders, evaluating reports for facilitating decision-making.
  • Automation of invoice process and expense module by integrating Tally Prime with banking, sales, and purchase ERPs solution.
  • Preparation of returns and assessment, including income tax, transfer pricing, advance tax projections, and routine implications under GST and P.F.
  • Liaising with external auditors for successful completion of annual audit and completion of ROC/MCA filings.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Master of Commerce (M.Com)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Multi-function experience within finance department for managing monthly reporting and quarterly presentation of results.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting packages, including Tally Features for automation, audit, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Expert knowledge in auditing and accounting reporting standards applicable to SMEs as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
