Financial Management Role

We seek a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and economics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
  • Execute accurate core accounting functions, review and analyze financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor operational aspects to ensure financial health and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive financial planning, performance tracking, and resource optimization.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership and ownership: proven experience in managing financial responsibilities independently and leading initiatives with minimal supervision.
