Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Board, responsible for shaping the Group's financial strategy, tax planning, compliance, and project financing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate finance, tax law, and regulatory frameworks, with proven leadership in real estate, hospitality, or large corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Finance & Growth

Drive long-term financial strategy and planning aligned with the Group's expansion roadmap (real estate, lifestyle clubs, hospitality).

Lead capital structuring, debt-equity management, and project financing for large-scale projects.

Manage international tax structuring for overseas investments, affiliations, and partnerships.

1. Tax Planning & Compliance

Oversee direct and indirect taxation including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Provide proactive tax planning to optimize benefits while ensuring full compliance.

Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and government bodies on scheme approvals and incentives.

Ensure compliance with government schemes, subsidies, and incentives relevant to real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors.

1. Risk Management & Governance

Implement robust internal controls, risk frameworks, and governance policies.

Ensure timely audits, statutory reporting, and financial disclosures.

Monitor compliance with RERA, SEBI, MCA, FEMA, and RBI regulations wherever applicable.

1. Business Performance & Investor Relations

Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, MIS, and dashboards for the Board and senior leadership.

Build and manage banking, investor, and institutional relationships to secure funding and partnerships.

Evaluate M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and investment proposals.

1. Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor the finance, taxation, and compliance teams across group entities.

Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation within the finance function.

Candidate Profile

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) + LLB (Law) degree (mandatory/preferred).

Experience: 15–20 years in finance leadership roles with exposure to real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Strong knowledge of taxation (direct & indirect), GST, corporate law, and international tax structuring.

Proven track record in project financing, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
