About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary
Chief Technology Officer
with
hands-on technical mastery
in modern full-stack development, including
.NET, Python, Angular, and React
. This role blends
strategic leadership
with
deep technical execution
, ensuring our technology roadmap aligns with business goals while maintaining engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute the company's technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation to maintain competitive advantage.

Hands-On Technical Leadership

  • Architect, design, and review scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Actively contribute to coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting when needed.

Full-Stack Development Oversight

  • Lead teams in building applications using
    .NET Core, Python, Angular, React
    , and related frameworks.
  • Ensure best practices in microservices, API design, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
  • Implement robust security, compliance, and quality assurance processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier-1 college.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in
    .NET Core, Python, Angular, React
    , and full-stack development.
  • Strong background in
    cloud platforms
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and security best practices.

Leadership Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
