Chief Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Balance Sheet operations in Finance & Accounts, driving financial excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and finalize financial statements that accurately reflect the company's financial position and performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, aligning with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.
- Develop and implement effective MIS and management reporting systems to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits, addressing audit observations and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Supervise and mentor team members to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
