**Job Role**:Administration & Facilitation
**Job Location**: Jaipur
**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
- To take care of the general upkeep, logistics & maintenance of the Head Office, Branch (expense management).
- Responsible to identify location for branch office, set-up branch office with prior approval of furniture and fixture from responsible authority.
- To open and close Branch Office, ensure cleanliness, coding and maintenance of fixed assets, computers, printers, cartage etc.
- Vendor Management - Maintain proper filling of Agreement & bill of all the vendor and Receiving of all the payments w.r.t Administration.
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- To maintain CUG sheet (activation /&deactivation of new connection).
- Update monthly all the deduction sheet of mobile.
- Maintain outward and inward couriers.
- To meet stationery requirements of Head offices & Branch office on Daily basis.
- To draft and arrange documents of lease deed and share with compliance for finalisation.
- To maintain stock register, key register, visitor register, and employee movement register & submit the report to RSM on monthly basis.
- To arrange meetings, trainings and visitors’ visit (including tickets, cab and hotel bookings).
