Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and project completion.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹9,486.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
