About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial Brand & Operations

Associate to join Cosmo's core team. You'll work closely with the founders to manage

brand onboarding, partner relationships, contracts, content workflows, operations, and

communications. One founder will be managing the U.S. side — you'll be his anchor

on the ground in India.

This is not a siloed execution role. You'll work directly with the business brain of Cosmo

— and be trusted to get things done, figure things out, and help Cosmo grow.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Partnerships & Onboarding

 Own and manage outreach to clean-label food & wellness brands (email, DMs,

follow-ups)

 Coordinate onboarding forms, SKU lists, product photos, compliance docs

(FSSAI, etc.)

 Liaise with founders and legal team to finalize contracts and annexures

 Maintain a live tracker of all brand conversations and progress

  1. Fulfilment & Logistics

 Coordinate with partner brands and logistics providers for order pickups, returns,

and SOP adherence

 Track reverse logistics, RTOs, and ensure resolution of fulfilment issues

 Communicate regularly with the logistics team to ensure SLAs are met

  1. Marketing & Content Ops

 Support execution of co-marketing campaigns with partner brands and

influencers

 Coordinate sampling drops, influencer seeding, and campaign deliverables

 Assist in managing Cosmo's Instagram — especially content aligned with brand

collabs

  1. Admin, Documentation & Founders' Support

 Help maintain onboarding materials, contracts, brand decks, and SOPs

 Keep team Notion / Drive folders organized and updated

 Support remote founder (based in US) by handling on-ground coordination and

communications

We're Looking For

 A hustler who loves health, brands, and startup energy

 Great with people, organized with docs, and happy to run with projects

 Bonus if you've worked in early-stage startups or wellness/e-comm

 Design (Canva, basic Figma) and Excel skills are a plus
