Your Role:

As a
Founder's Office (Growth)
, you'll work directly with the founders on high-impact, cross-functional projects that shape LearnTube's strategic direction and operational execution. Think of this role as part strategist, part operator, part communicator and all about driving clarity, speed and execution at the highest level.

You will serve as a trusted generalist and problem-solver—contributing across strategy, product, partnerships and internal operations. This is a front-row seat to see how a high-growth startup is built and scaled.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the founder's co-pilot helping set priorities, preparing for key meetings, and ensuring focus on the
    most important goals.
  • Own and drive high-stakes, cross-functional projects end-to-end,
    ensuring execution and accountability.
  • Explore new opportunities from structuring strategic partnerships to designing scalable processes and future org structures.
  • Connect with founders, operators and leaders in the ecosystem to bring
    fresh frameworks and best practices into LearnTube.
  • Balance strategy with execution; switching easily between
    big-picture thinking and getting into the weeds when needed.

  • Background:
    Experience in a high-growth startup. (Bonus if you've worked in a Founder's Office or have been a founder yourself.)
  • Strategic + operational balance:
    You can think at a 10,000-foot level and also roll up your sleeves to execute.
  • GTM & scaling experience (preferred):
    Exposure to building and scaling sales or customer success functions.
  • Analytical mindset:
    Strong instincts for data, dashboards, and KPIs to make informed decisions.

    From board decks to investor updates to internal notes, you know how to get the message across clearly.
