About the Role

The Founder's Office is the strategic nerve center of the organization. This role is for someone who thrives on solving problems, driving key initiatives, and ensuring the founder's vision translates into execution across all functions. You'll work closely with leadership, cut across departments, and handle projects that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects:

·      Lead high-priority initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, on behalf of the founder.

·      Analyze new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Execution & Operations:

·      Track and drive founder-led projects to completion, ensuring cross-team alignment.

·      Oversee dashboards, KPIs, and periodic business reviews.

Research & Analysis:

·      Conduct deep dives into markets, competitors, and new trends.

·      Prepare reports, investor updates, and internal strategy documents.

Decision Support:

·      Act as the founder's thought partner, offering data-backed insights.

·      Manage ad-hoc problem-solving tasks that impact the company's growth.

Stakeholder Management:

·      Liaise with internal teams, investors, and strategic partners.

·      Prepare and coordinate key meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.

Special Projects:

·      Handle confidential or high-impact tasks delegated directly by the founder.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (consulting or strategy background is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or product strategy.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, financial models, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A bias towards action with exceptional ownership and attention to detail.
