Job Title: Business Operations Associate – Media & Tech

About the Role:

As a Business Operations Associate in the Founder's Office, you'll be the connector between our media, creative, client servicing, and tech teams ensuring projects not only get done but get done brilliantly.
You'll be the person who turns plans into results, keeps processes sharp, and supports leadership with data-backed insights that actually move the needle.
What You'll Do
- Connect the dots: Coordinate between media, creative, client servicing, and tech teams to keep projects on track
- Track the wins: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and share clear operational insights with leadership
- Spot the gaps: Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend smart process improvements
- Level up with tech: Work with development teams to build automations and optimise systems
- Manage the moving parts: Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and operational documentation
- Deliver with precision: Ensure all client and internal projects are completed on time and as promised
What You'll Bring
