About the Role

Defy Aerospace is looking for a highly motivated and structured Strategic Assistant to support the Founder's Office. This role goes beyond admin—it blends execution, communication, and strategy. You'll help drive business priorities, craft proposals, write investor/client decks, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and task priorities
  • Draft proposals, pitch decks, and business documents for clients, partners, and investors
  • Track strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs on new business opportunities
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and project pipelines for the leadership team
  • Support business development and outreach efforts when needed
  • Ensure efficiency of all departments and teams by establishing KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or EA roles
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to think clearly, prioritize, and work in ambiguity
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Notion is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, communications, or related field
