Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
    Actively prospect and acquire new clients across the Delhi NCR region for our range of commercial coffee machines, grinders, and specialty coffee beans.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored coffee solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to product demonstration, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing the deal.
  • Product Expertise:
    Become a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, including technical specifications of machines, features of grinders, and the flavor profiles of our coffee beans.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Accurately track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Achieve Targets:
    Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation and after-sales support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in the coffee industry, specifically selling coffee machines, grinders, and/or coffee beans to B2B clients.
  • Knowledge:
    In-depth knowledge of various types of commercial coffee equipment (espresso machines, brew coffee makers, grinders, etc.) and a passion for coffee.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present products effectively and negotiate with decision-makers.
  • Networking:
    A strong network and established relationships within the Delhi NCR café, restaurant, and hotel industry is a significant advantage.
  • Self-Driven:
    A proactive, results-oriented individual who can work independently and manage their territory effectively.
  • Mobility:
    Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region.
  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory with proven experience.
