B2B Sales & Offline Growth Executive

CLAYMANGO is a fast-growing designer home décor & lighting brand known for its unique terracotta and brass products that blend traditional craft with modern design. We're now looking to expand our offline presence and scale our B2B sales to retail stores, corporate clients, and hospitality businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and onboard Architect, Interior designers, corporate clients, and hospitality chains as CLAYMANGO partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between CLAYMANGO and offline customers.
  • Drive the B2B sales pipeline – lead generation, meetings, pitching products, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strategically expand CLAYMANGO's offline footprint in new regions and markets.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product & strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Organize product demos, events, and store activations to enhance brand visibility offline.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in home décor, furniture, lifestyle products, or FMCG.
  • Strong network in retail, corporate gifting, or hospitality sectors will be a huge plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Understanding of supply chain basics and order management.
  • Passion for design, craftsmanship, and home décor.
  • Data-driven approach with good reporting skills.
