The Business Loan Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and driving sales of business loan products within the target market. This role involves developing effective marketing strategies, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating closely with the sales team to boost loan acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of NBFC products and services, particularly business loans, and have the ability to clearly communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target clients such as SMEs and startups, while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and partner networks to maintain a steady pipeline of potential borrowers.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the business loan customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders within the lending ecosystem.
  • Product Promotion: Clearly articulate the terms, benefits, and value of business loan products to potential clients, enhancing product awareness and interest.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility and attract loan applicants.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the conversion of leads into successful business loan agreements.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with NBFC guidelines and relevant financial regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key marketing metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within an NBFC or financial services environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of NBFC products, with a focus on business loans.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms
  • Experience working in an NBFC environment is highly desirable.
