
Telesales Executive-Business Loans

Job description
· Call potential customers for business Loans and other products and arrange meetings with our sales team.
· Search new potential client through online portals, directories, and other available resources like India Mart, Justdial etc.
· Building support of Sales team by building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans.
· Conduct old/persisting client surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
· Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
· Provide accurate and timely information to management.
· Develop a strong knowledge of the Intra Company's products in order to facilitate the sales process.
· Requires a deep understanding of the target market, a clear value proposition, and a consistent, multi-channel approach to search & create new lead.
· Evaluate leads to determine if they are a good fit for the company and its offerings. This involves conducting background research and gathering data to assess the lead's potential for growth and profitability
· Maintain Lead Database on Excel and CRM : Keep track of all leads, their status, and relevant information such as contact details, needs, and interests. This database should be regularly updated to ensure that all leads are accurate and up-to-date.
