Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain ZeroPes products/services.
  • Convert leads into successful sales by handling objections and providing clear product information.
  • Maintain follow-up with interested customers and ensure timely closures.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
  • Update customer details, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term trust and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in telesales/inside sales
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products/loans will be an added advantage.
