About Us

Microstax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital solutions agency specializing in web design, CRM, automation, and digital marketing systems. We are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Go High Level CRM Expert who can help us design, set up, and optimize client accounts with a focus on automations, funnels, and integrations.

Role Overview

As a Go High Level CRM Expert, you will be responsible for managing and customizing GHL accounts, creating automations and workflows, integrating with third-party apps, and ensuring clients get maximum value out of the platform. You should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to translate business requirements into working GHL setups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Go High Level accounts for multiple clients.
  • Build funnels, pipelines, automations, and workflows within GHL.
  • Integrate GHL with external tools (emails, calendars, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Manage CRM setup, lead capture, and client communication workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align CRM workflows with client goals.
  • Stay up to date with new features and best practices in GHL.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, funnels, automations, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows and client onboarding processes.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, landing page design, or WordPress.
  • Prior experience working in a digital agency environment.
