**Relationship Management (CRM) profile**:
**Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Work from Home**

**Job Summary**

**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, explaining treatment options, and booking appointments. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for females looking for a challenging and rewarding role.**

**Responsibilities**

**1. *Calling Leads*: Make outbound calls to leads from our CRM software, address their queries, and book appointments.**

**2. *Treatment Explanation*: Explain skin, hair, and laser treatment options to customers, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice.**

**3. *Follow-up and Appointment Booking*: Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure a smooth experience.**

**4. *Teleconsultation*: Conduct teleconsultations over audio and video calls, providing personalized advice and treatment recommendations.**

**5. *Coordination with Technical Experts*: Collaborate with technical experts to suggest treatment details to customers.**

**6. *Call Targets*: Make a minimum of 200 calls per day from our IVR system.**

**Requirements**:
**1. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.**

**2. *Product Knowledge*: Familiarity with skin, hair, and laser treatments (training will be provided).**

**3. *CRM Software Experience*: Experience working with CRM software (training will be provided).**

**4. *Self-Motivated*: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.**

**Work Details**

**1. *Working Hours*: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.**

**2. *Location*: Work from home (remote).**

**3. *Salary*: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.**

**4. *Performance-Based Incentive*: Earn incentives based on performance.**
