Remote, India Lets Set You Up Full time ₹ 1,20,000 - ₹ 1,32,000 per year

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and motivated Digital Marketing & Operations Associate to join our team full-time. This role offers hands-on experience with diverse areas of digital marketing and operations while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You'll get the opportunity to manage real projects, explore marketing automation, content creation, and social media strategy, while building a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Kajabi, and others.

  • Assist with social media management (design posts, write captions, schedule content).

  • Create and edit content for blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

  • Support email marketing campaigns (setup, copywriting, performance tracking).

  • Conduct research, reporting, and project coordination as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Familiarity with Canva, GHL, Kajabi, or willingness to learn.

  • Strong English writing and communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with adaptability and eagerness to learn.

  • Comfortable with evening/night working hours (3 PM – 11 PM IST).
