Role Overview

  • As a Reception Manager, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, calm, and organized experience for students and guests.

  • As a Social Media Handler, you will manage and grow our digital presence, sharing transformational yoga and meditation content with the world.

Location: Rishikesh, India (On-site)

Commitment: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

1 Reception & Guest Relations

  • Manage inquiries via Email, WhatsApp, Phone, and In-person with professionalism and warmth.

  • Assist with scheduling, program coordination, and booking confirmations.

  • Provide a serene, organized, and mindful reception experience for students and guests.

  • Support the ashram's daily operations with efficiency and a positive attitude.

2 Social Media & Digital Content

  • Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Create engaging posts, reels, and short videos showcasing the ashram experience, yoga, and meditation lifestyle.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a warm and professional manner.

  • Capture the essence of yoga, meditation, and ashram life through storytelling, visuals, and digital content.

Who Can Apply?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or reception management (preferably in a wellness center, yoga retreat, hotel, or ashram).

  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, basic video editing, and graphic design.

  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Graduation in any relevant field.

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and warm-hearted.

  • Ability to work in a spiritually uplifting, disciplined environment.

  • Interest in yoga, meditation, and holistic wellbeing.

  • Willing to relocate to Rishikesh for this on-site role.
