Room Boys

We are looking for skilled Room Boys to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Roles and Responsibility

• Ensure rooms are made up to the highest standard before check-in, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and replenishing cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms throughout their stay, responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, attentive, and responsive to guests' needs and requests.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations and efficient room preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, inventory management, and guest feedback.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in hospitality services.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications used for booking, reservations, and guest management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
