Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Desk Manager located in Rishikesh. The Assistant Front Desk Manager will oversee front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs. The role includes addressing guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining reports and records, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Assistant Front Desk Manager will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of hospitality and contribute to the overall efficiency of the property.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and a strong understanding of Customer Service principles
  • Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, on-site, and team-oriented environment
  • Hospitality or hotel management experience is a must.
