Bungalow Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Bungalow Manager in Kashi House, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bungalows and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the bungalow staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Analyze feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to manage bookings and reservations efficiently.
