We are looking for a well-presented and guest-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team at The Roseate Ganges, Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and create a memorable first impression in line with our luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
  • Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless service.
  • Process billing, cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand service standards.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations (luxury hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred).
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and rotational shifts.
