Role Summary

We are looking for an
HR Executive – Compliance, Site & Administration Coordination
to manage end-to-end labour compliance and support operational teams during site mobilizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
PF, ESIC, and labour laws
, along with hands-on experience in compliance documentation, audits, and worker onboarding. The role requires
frequent travel to sites across India
to assist in compliance setup, inspections, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    PF, ESIC, Bonus Act
    , and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and process
    worker salary calculations
    with accurate statutory deductions.
  • Maintain
    labour compliance registers, documentation, and returns
    .
  • Coordinate with
    site managers
    to collect and verify worker documents (Aadhar, ESI, bank details, FSSAI, etc.).
  • Visit sites during
    new mobilizations
    to support operations and complete labour, FSSAI, and statutory formalities.
  • Conduct
    site audits
    to ensure adherence to compliance and HR policies.
  • Prepare monthly
    compliance and HR status reports
    for management.
  • Handle
    administrative responsibilities
    , including travel coordination, document filing, and support in office operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the
    Head Office and site teams
    for all compliance-related matters.
  • Support internal and external audits, and maintain documentation for client or statutory inspections.
  • Assist in issuing
    offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards
    for staff and workers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience:
    3–5 years in HR operations with specialization in
    labour compliance, PF/ESIC, and payroll
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    labour laws
    ,
    PF/ESIC portals
    , and
    compliance documentation
    .
  • Proficient in
    MS Excel, Google Sheets
    , and maintaining HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with
    multi-location teams
    .
  • Willingness to travel frequently
    to sites across India for audits and mobilization.
  • Candidates from
    Thane or nearby areas
    preferred.
