Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Pega Decisioning Consultant / Senior System Architect
with strong expertise in
Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
and
Pega Case Management
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Pega platforms, along with proven experience as a
Technical Lead
handling end-to-end project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Pega-based solutions, specifically focusing on
  Decisioning and CDH implementations
  .
• Design, develop, and implement
  decisioning strategies
  , including action rules, engagement policies, containers, adaptive models, predictive models, and strategy components.
• Configure and manage
  data flows, streaming nodes
  , and other decisioning components for real-time and batch processing.
• Develop and enhance
  case management solutions
  using various rule types such as activities, data transforms, when rules, decision tables, decision trees, sections, layouts, job schedulers, and queue processors.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using
  services and connectors
  (SOAP/REST APIs, etc.).
• Configure
  email listeners, email channels, and Pega chatbot
  for enhanced customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize
  application settings
  including dynamic system settings, data pages, and data types.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of technical expertise within the team.
• Work on both
  framework applications and implementation applications
  , including experience in
  Pega Customer Service product versions 8.2, 8.3, and 8.4
  .
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6.5+ years of total IT experience with
  strong Pega expertise
  .
• Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  ; Decisioning certification is a strong plus.
• Hands-on expertise in
  Pega CDH and Decisioning capabilities
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  case management
  concepts and Pega rule types.
• Proven experience as a
  Technical Lead
  for at least 2 years in Pega projects (preferably in Communications/Telecom domain).
• Experience with
  framework and implementation applications
  .
• Strong understanding of
  Pega architecture, design principles, and best practices
  .
• Good knowledge of
  integration techniques
  (REST, SOAP, APIs, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to
  AI/ML models
  within Pega Decisioning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with Pega deployment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
