Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven
Business Value Pega Analyst
with expertise in
Pega Decisioning
and experience working in
Agile environments
. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining decisioning strategies, and ensuring Pega solutions deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business objectives into decisioning logic, rules, and next-best-action strategies within the Pega platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Pega Analyst, with a focus on Decisioning.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub), NBA framework, adaptive models, and strategy design.
  • Strong understanding of business value realization frameworks (ROI, cost-benefit analysis, KPIs).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments – backlog grooming, writing user stories, sprint ceremonies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and align technical solutions with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or Pega CBA (Business Architect) certification.
  • Exposure to marketing automation, customer engagement, or next-best-action implementations.
  • Experience with data-driven decisioning, predictive analytics, or AI/ML integrations in Pega.
  • Prior domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or Healthcare industries.
  • Pega CDH, Agile Methodologies-Skills required
