  • Pega Decisioning Consultant and Pega Senior System Architect with 6.5+ years of experience.
  • Effectively led the projects as technical lead for around 2 years for Communications client which uses Pega CDH.
  • Hands-on experience in Pega decisioning area which includes action rules, engagement policies, containers, adaptive models, predictive models, strategy components, data flows, streaming nodes etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Pega case management areas which includes many rule types like activities, data transforms, when rules, decision tables, decision trees, sections, layouts, job schedulers, queue processors, email listeners, email channels, Pega chatbot, dynamic system settings, application rule settings, data pages, data types, integrations rules services and connectors.
  • Has experience in both framework applications and implementation applications.
  • Worked for the development of framework applications like Pega Customer Service product 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 versions.
