Role: HR Sourcing Senior Consultant
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
- Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry and sourcing trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the role and an prepare ideal candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-firm special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (or similar ) required.
- 4+ years of successful sourcing experience; experience sourcing for professional services firms is ideal.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Must have an understanding on how to utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Talent Insights and other platforms to generate talent pipelines.
- Must be fluent in English, written and verbal.
- MS Office experience required.
- Must be flexible with work hours if required.
- Experienced working with regional or global team set-ups would be a strong advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in working with senior leaders on hiring needs.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data to drive recruitment strategies and should possess strong analytical skills.
