Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sr. HR Consultant( Retired Person ) for a reputed company at the Goregaon location.

The senior HR manager will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development. The senior HR manager will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations and employment practices, ensuring the organisation's compliance.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry compensation trends and benchmarks.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles.
  • Solid understanding of HR Practices, Labor Laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR – Related Software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Renewable contract yearly basis
