About the Role

Were seeking a seasoned HR Consultant who can step in with confidence, manage client relationships with maturity, and deliver operational excellence with a consulting mindset. Youll serve as the bridge between Shilputsis clients and our internal teams ensuring every engagement reflects our hallmark quality, empathy, and insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
  • Oversee HR operations for client organizations — including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
  • Translate client needs into actionable HR solutions that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and project teams to deliver integrated, high-impact HR outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare client reports and presentations.
  • Uphold Shilputsi's consulting ethos of trust, discretion, and partnership in every engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in HR operations, consulting, or client management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts with agility and professionalism.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and talent management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — with a consultative, empathetic approach.
  • Adept at working in dynamic environments with evolving client needs.
  • High ownership mindset and attention to detail.
