Cross-Collaboration: Talent Acquisition, L&D, Finance, Admin, Legal.

About Role:

The Sr. Specialist – HR Operations will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRMS data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance support. This role requires a strong eye for detail, process ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally. The individual will serve as the backbone of HR operations — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

Roles & Responsibility:

HRMS & Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS, covering onboarding, transfers, exits, and role changes.Support monthly HR data validation and generate standard reports like attendance and headcount.Create and update organizational charts based on approved changes.

Global HR Policy Support - Assist in drafting and communicating HR policies and uploading them on HR platforms.Track, resolve, or escalate employee policy-related queries.Conduct regular checks to ensure consistent policy adoption across locations.

Payroll & Compliance Coordination - Prepare monthly pre-payroll inputs, including attendance, new joiners, exits, and deductions.Maintain data for statutory and audit compliance (PF, insurance, etc.).Liaise with vendors and auditors to provide required HR documentation.

Benefits Administration - Handle employee queries related to insurance, reimbursements, and leave balances.Coordinate with insurance partners for claims, additions/deletions, and issue resolution.Process requests for employment verification letters, NOCs, and other HR documents.

Leave, Attendance & General HR Operations - Monitor attendance data, identify discrepancies, and escalate irregularities.Manage leave requests and handle exceptions in coordination with HRBPs.Troubleshoot employee HRMS-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:

Experience: 2–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a global or multi-location setup.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., Freshteam, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.) and Excel for data reporting.

Knowledge: Understanding of payroll inputs, compliance basics (PF, insurance), and HR policy implementation.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Mindset: Process-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively under timelines.
