Team Lead – Sales & Business Development (EdTech)

Location:
Mysore

CTC:
Up to ₹7.5 LPA (based on experience & skillset)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
  • Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and group goals.
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular review meetings.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for process efficiency.
  • Handle client interactions, escalations, and negotiations when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales / business development (EdTech preferred).
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Must be fluent in
    Kannada
    (mandatory) and English; Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
