We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with an existing network of clients, who is seeking flexible hours and a chance to drive immediate revenue. You'll be responsible for leveraging your existing client base while also developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Management:
- Leverage your existing book of business and client relationships to generate new recruitment opportunities immediately.
- Identify and target potential new clients (businesses) in need of recruitment solutions.
- Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls or meetings to present our services.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Customize pitches and proposals based on client needs and pain points.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on market demands and new service opportunities.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports on progress, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role within the recruitment, staffing, or B2B service industry with a verifiable, existing book of business.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills:
- Strong existing network and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

- Job Type: FullTime , Onsite
- Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
- Compensation: Competitive commission-based structure with a potential for bonuses based on performance.
- Reporting To: CEO or Founder
