We're Hiring: Sales Specialist – MDM / UEM Solutions | Techtivity

At Techtivity , we help businesses create secure, efficient, and future-ready IT environments. As part of our growth journey, we're looking for a Sales Specialist who will focus exclusively on MDM (Mobile Device Management) and UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) solutions.

If you understand enterprise mobility, have a knack for solution-based selling, and love turning conversations into business wins this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the MDM/UEM domain
  • Build and manage relationships with IT decision-makers across industries
  • Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams for demos, PoCs, and solution discussions
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations that address customer needs and challenges
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring long-term customer success
  • Stay updated with market trends in mobility and endpoint management

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of B2B IT sales experience (preferably in MDM/UEM or endpoint security)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise mobility and device management technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to drive the entire sales cycle independently
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and goal-oriented professional
