Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Relationship Manager to join Equitas Bank. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in the life insurance domain, proven leadership abilities, and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by managing and strengthening partnerships between Equitas Bank and life insurance partners.
Formulate and execute strategies to achieve sales targets across national geographies.
Manage and mentor a team of regional/state relationship managers to deliver consistent performance.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at senior levels to ensure smooth execution of bancassurance initiatives.
Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines while driving business outcomes.
Act as a liaison between the bank and insurance partners for policy, process, and business alignment.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in life insurance, preferably with exposure to bancassurance.
Currently at Band 2 level (or equivalent senior management grade).
Demonstrated minimum 3 years of stability in the current/previous role.
Strong track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Maximum age: 38 years.
