Job Overview
We're looking for confident and empathetic
Telecallers
who can communicate in
Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English
to join our internal customer engagement team.
You'll handle incoming and outgoing calls related to product enquiries, order confirmations (especially COD), abandoned checkouts, address verifications, and post-purchase follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and friendly customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for:
- COD order confirmations and verifications
- Abandoned cart / incomplete checkout follow-ups
- Address verification before dispatch
- Customer feedback and post-delivery satisfaction checks
- Handle inbound enquiries and guide customers about mattress types, offers, and trial/warranty details.
- Convince and retain customers who plan to cancel orders by addressing concerns effectively.
- Record call outcomes and update CRM / internal databases accurately.
- Maintain high call quality and achieve daily call and conversion targets.
- Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to the sales and operations teams.
Requirements
- Proven telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in D2C or e-commerce brands).
- Fluent in
Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English
— both speaking and understanding. - Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Polite, patient, and persuasive phone manner.
- Comfortable working with call tracking systems or CRMs.
- Ability to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.
- Minimum education:
PUC / Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Schedule
